Returns and Exchanges

The maximum period for the customer to request an exchange, return, or withdrawal is 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the product.

The request must be made to our Customer Service, through the store's Contact section or via email info@golfsoul.com.br, indicating the order number and the product(s) you wish to return in the message.

- After requesting an exchange or return to our Customer Service, the customer will receive confirmation of the address and other instructions for shipping the product back to our stock.

- Products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, labels, and tags.

- Products must not show any signs of use and/or washing.

After analysis and authorization by our internal team, a SHOPPING VOUCHER will be generated for the full value of the returned products for the customer to use in a new order in our online store, according to the available stock at the time.

The SHOPPING VOUCHER can only be used once.

If the value of the new order is less than the total value of the SHOPPING VOUCHER, a DISCOUNT VOUCHER will then be generated with the remaining value, which can be used in a future purchase in our online store.

For cases where value restitution applies, the following procedures will be applied:

- Payments via credit cards: A total or partial chargeback/cancellation of the transaction will be processed with the credit card administrator. The chargeback may occur within up to two subsequent invoices.

- Payments via bank slip or PIX: The value will be refunded exclusively to a current account whose CPF matches the one registered in the order, belonging to the customer who made the initial payment of the order.

ATTENTION:

- There will be no refund of the shipping cost under any circumstances.

- The restitution of values (for exchanges and returns) will only be processed after receiving and analyzing the condition of the products returned to our stock.
