Shipping Policy

For shipping, we use the services of Correios (PAC and SEDEX) or shipping companies that operate nationwide.

Available shipping options and their respective costs are automatically calculated at Checkout for the customer to choose, based on the indicated location (ZIP code).

Delivery times vary according to the chosen service and the delivery location.

At the checkout, the total shipping cost is added to the total purchase amount.

Once payment approval is confirmed in the system, the customer will receive an email confirmation of their purchase, with all the information regarding their order.

After the products are shipped, the customer will receive an email with all the details and instructions to track the delivery.
